Offer: We have a “no fee for the recruitment process” offer that never stops. We don’t charge for the process at all. The trade off is that we keep the successful candidate on our books for a 16 week “getting to know you” period. Upon a successful 16 week period the candidate can transfer to the client at no charge. We simply stop invoicing.
